Is there is any charge for paying by card or using this service?
No, this is a totally free service and you will not incur any charge from us to use this method of payment.

What is your refund policy?
Any refunds are to be requested through us and not through Worldpay. We can only issue refunds once cleared funds have been received from Worldpay and it has been agreed that a refund is due. We will not be able to refund you any money if you have paid a holding deposit for a property to let and you decide you no longer wish to rent the property, or if you fail the necessary credit checks. Please note that all transactions take approximately 3-5 working days to clear our account and until all funds are cleared no refunds can be made.

What if my card is refused?
Cards are not refused by us but by your bank or card issuer. There could be many reasons this happens and we suggest you contact your card issuer in the first instance if you incur a problem with your payment.

Can I have a receipt?
Yes. You will receive a confirmation on your screen after you make the payment. This will display your unique transaction number. You will also receive an email confirming the payment has been successful.
